“When my husband was discharged from hospital having suffered a stroke that left him completely paralysed on the right hand side of his body it was clear that we needed help. The NHS were due to send us a physiotherapist but we were advised of a waiting list. We needed immediate help, so we made enquiries and were fortunate to discover Lisa. We can highly recommend her services. After just a few weeks of seeing Lisa twice a week it is wonderful what my husband has been able to achieve. Lisa has expert knowledge, is bright and cheerful always and a pleasure to have in our home. My husband looks forward to her sessions and is motivated by her visits. She has been instructing me how best to assist him exercise between her visits and this too has been of great value.” Mrs S, Talaton
"Lisa Butler has been working with my husband, after suffering a stroke. We cannot speak too highly of her. His mobility has come on so much, we now can see a future for us taking shape. It has not just been her skill and knowledge (be they vast), but her human warmth and personal touch. Thank you Lisa."

Following a brain operation, my 93 yr old husband had great difficulty getting out of a chair & moving about without falling down. As I did not think the physiotherapy offered in the Hospital was sufficient for his needs, I employed Lisa to visit him in hospital & along with the Hospital physio, give him more intense exercises, concentrating on balance & mobility. Lisa visited him for 12 sessions, sometimes two or even three times a week & he has improved enormously. He has moved to a Residential Home, where Lisa continued the sessions. He is now able to get around on his own with a walker or by using a stick with supervision. Without Lisa’s help, I know he would still be having problems moving about safely. I am so grateful to Lisa for her dedication & determination to get my husband back on his feet. My husband also enjoyed the sessions, as they were fun as well as constructive – he is going to miss her, as she is a very pleasant lady.
